Thank you for shopping with LumaNest™. We work hard to get your order prepared and on its way as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Locations
LumaNest™ currently ships to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated on our website.
Shipping Times
After processing, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, high shipping volumes, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact us. We will do our best to help before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
LumaNest™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by that carrier.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. You may then contact us at contact us, and we will review the available options with you.
