At LumaNest™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and free from damage, misuse, or excessive wear
- Returned with all included components, accessories, manuals, and original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Because the LumaNest™ RayVac Pro is designed for personal home use, we may not accept returns of products that have been heavily used, damaged, altered, or returned in an unsanitary condition.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at [support email] with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief reason for the return
- Clear photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from our support team.
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and next steps.
Return Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
OR
- We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns within the United States.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective/incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within [7 days] of delivery at contact us with photos or video of the issue. We will review the matter and work with you on a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or use contrary to the product instructions
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Products returned in an unsanitary or materially altered condition
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact us.
We can only cancel an order before it has entered processing or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
